doesmyemail.work ("the Service") is operated by Sandner Mind Consulting SRL, trading as Mach10 ("we", "us").

What this service does

The Service checks your domain's public email authentication records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX) using standard DNS lookups, and optionally analyzes test email headers to verify your email setup. No private data is collected beyond what you explicitly provide.

Acceptable use

You may use this service to check domains you own or manage. You may not use it for bulk scanning, automated scraping, or any purpose that interferes with the service's availability.

Data handling

• DNS scan results are cached for up to 24 hours
• Test email metadata (headers only, no body content) is stored for up to 7 days, then automatically deleted
• Scan report permalinks expire after 7 days
• No email addresses are stored from DNS scans

Rate limits

The Service enforces reasonable rate limits to ensure availability. Automated access beyond normal use may be throttled or blocked.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Results are informational and should be verified independently before making changes to your email infrastructure.
