The fine print
Terms of Use
Last updated: May 2026
doesmyemail.work ("the Service") is operated by Sandner Mind Consulting SRL, trading as Mach10 ("we", "us").
What this service does
The Service checks your domain's public email authentication records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX) using standard DNS lookups, and optionally analyzes test email headers to verify your email setup. No private data is collected beyond what you explicitly provide.
Acceptable use
You may use this service to check domains you own or manage. You may not use it for automated scraping or any purpose that interferes with the service's availability.
Data handling
- Scan results (DNS checks and, if you run one, test-email header analysis) are stored for up to 7 days so you can share a report link, then automatically deleted
- We do not read or store email body content from test messages - headers only
- DNS lookups run fresh on each scan; we do not serve stale DNS results from a long-term cache
- No email addresses are stored from DNS-only scans
- Rate-limit counters are short-lived (about 2 hours) and used only to prevent abuse
Rate limits
The Service enforces reasonable rate limits to ensure availability. Automated access beyond normal use may be throttled or blocked.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Results are informational and should be verified independently before making changes to your email infrastructure.
