This tool is built and maintained by Valentin Bora, an independent developer and email deliverability consultant based in Timisoara, Romania. If you have a question about a scan result, found a bug, or just need a human to look at your email setup, I am happy to hear from you.

Reporting a deliverability problem

If your email is going to spam or vanishing entirely and you want me to take a look, the more context you give me, the faster I can help. Please include:

• The domain the email comes from, for example yourbusiness.com.
• What you observed - are messages landing in spam, bouncing, or disappearing without a trace? Who is not receiving them (Gmail, Outlook, a specific client)?
• Where the mail is sent from - your website's contact form, a WordPress plugin, a marketing tool like Mailchimp, your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox, or something else.

If you have already run a scan, paste the results or send me the report link. That usually tells me most of what I need before we even talk.

Response time

I typically reply within one business day, often sooner. I work from Romania (Central European Time), so if our hours do not overlap, your reply may arrive overnight.

Need it fixed, not just diagnosed?

The scanner tells you what is wrong. If you would rather not touch DNS records yourself, I also offer a paid white-glove fix service: I correct your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup, verify it actually works end to end, and hand you a clean, spoof-resistant configuration. Email me with your scan results and I will tell you exactly what needs to change and what it would cost.
