doesmyemail.work ("the Service") is operated by Sandner Mind Consulting SRL, trading as Mach10 ("we", "us").

What we collect

DNS scans

When you run a scan, we receive your domain name and your IP address (for rate limiting). We query public DNS records -- the same records any email provider already sees. No personal data is collected.

Deep email checks

When you send a test email to our diagnostic address, we analyze the email headers (authentication results, sending IP, return-path). We do not read or store the email body. Header data is automatically deleted after 7 days.

Email reports

If you request an email report, we send it to the address you provide. We do not store that address after sending.

Scan report permalinks

Scan results are stored for up to 7 days and accessible via a unique token URL. No personal data is included in stored reports.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics with consent mode. Analytics cookies are only set after you grant consent via the cookie banner. You can change your preference at any time using the "Cookies" link in the footer.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare -- hosting, DNS resolution, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
• Brevo -- sends email reports when you request them. Brevo Privacy Policy
• Google Analytics -- website analytics (consent required). Google Privacy Policy

Data retention

• DNS scan cache: up to 24 hours
• Test email headers: up to 7 days
• Report permalinks: up to 7 days
• Rate limit data: up to 2 hours

Your rights

We don't collect personal data that would require GDPR data subject access requests. If you believe we hold data about you, contact us and we'll investigate.
